What is the procedure for obtaining a residence permit?

From the moment you come to Romania, you can already start working in the company based on a work permit. The employer can already do the employment procedures: medicine and the individual employment contract.

In order to apply for a residence permit, you need documents based on which the employer will apply online on the portal of the General Inspectorate for Immigration. ​

When scheduling an appointment at the counter, you will need to be accompanied by the employer.
