What documents do I need to work in Romania?

To work in Romania, you need the following documents:

a. employment notice – It is obtained by the person who hires;

b. long-stay visa – It is granted to foreigners, upon request, for a period of 90 days, with one or more trips, by the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Romania;

c. right of residence – It is obtained from the territorial formations of the General Inspectorate for Immigration in the county where you live;

d. residence permit for the purpose of work.
