Do I get help if I don’t have a temporary protection permit?

To all citizens who do not come from the EU area or from countries with which Romania concluded health agreements and are not holders of a temporary protection permit issued by the Romanian state (as was the case with Ukrainian citizens from the conflict zone of Ukraine), unitary legislation is applied to them at the level of the social insurance system healthcare in Romania and have the right to medical services settled under the same conditions, regardless of country of origin.
