In circulation on public roads, the bicycle must

a) have a good braking device;

b) have a functional steering system;

c) be equipped with a sound warning system (horn); it is forbidden to equip and use sound warning systems specific to motor vehicles;

d) have a white or yellow light at the front, and at the back with a red light and a visible red fluorescent-reflecting device;

e) have elements that, in motion, form a continuous circle, orange fluorescent-reflectors fixed on the spokes of the wheels.
