What obligations do I have as an employee?
As an employee in Romania, you should carry out your work or perform the duties assigned to you according to your job description; the obligation to respect work discipline; the obligation to respect the provisions contained in the internal regulations, in the collective labour agreement, which is in force at your place of work, and in the individual employment contract; the obligation of loyalty to the employer in the performance of work duties; the obligation to respect health and safety measures at work in the unit; the obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding work-related matters.
