Why are asked so many questions when you call 112?

• all the answers to the standard questions that the operator asks you are vital and necessary for you to receive help in the shortest possible time.
• the minimum data about the event, the seriousness of the situation, the condition of the victim/victims, and the address are necessary to identify the emergency and the agency that can manage the intervention on the spot so that you quickly receive the help you need. The interview with the operator or the dispatcher does not delay the intervention in the case.
• the answers provided by you are completed by the STS operator from the Emergency Service 112 in the case sheet and are transmitted and viewed by the dispatchers of the intervention agencies.
